Dear Ms. Sheppard,

I just wanted to thank you so much for helping me, you remind me that there is good people, one forgets that sometimes in here. Even if my next hearing was in 15 years instead of 3 years, I would still be grateful for your help. Even though it is your job, I felt you sincerely wanted to help me and you did.  I won’t take up more of your time for I know you must be busy helping others. Hope to hear from you soon for you inspire hope in me. Sincerely and Respectfully, O.B. (3 year parole denial - 2011)
